Dynamite Recruitment are partnering with an established Independent Financial Planning firm in Purley on the recruit of a Part-time administrator to join their team! Looking for ideally someone 3 days a week in the office, hours and days can be flexible. Working within the client services team in Purley and supporting two financial advisers, this role is integral to enabling a first-class service to our financial planning clients. Training and support are available for personal development.Responsibilities include:
  • Preparation of Suitability Reports, for new business & policy amendments.
  • Managing and sending out other ad-hoc client documentation.
  • Managing and coordinating annual client reviews and dealing with client queries (Telephone and email)
  • Ensuring the back-office system is up to date
  • Adhering to FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures
We are open on experience coming into this position. Although, office experience and a stable career history is essential along with excellent communication skills.Desired experience and skills;
  • Previous Financial Services experience or PA/EA
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Previous Administration experience
