We are seeking a proactive Office Coordinator to join a small, friendly team. This role involves administration, office management, and general team support, including providing assistance to the Managing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and team.
- Managing correspondence and general administrative tasks.
- Assisting with invoices, expenses, and QuickBooks bookkeeping.
- Organising meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
- Helping streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external partners.
What We are Looking For:
- Strong admin & organisational skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication & multitasking abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
