This role involves administration, office management, and general team support, including providing assistance to the Managing Director.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the Managing Director and team.
  • Managing correspondence and general administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with invoices, expenses, and QuickBooks bookkeeping.
  • Organising meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements.
  • Helping streamline processes and improve office efficiency.
  • Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external partners.
