This growing Main Contractor operates mainly in the Commercial and Residential sectors with a diverse project range. With projects differing from High End and Social Housing projects to major commercial fit-outs for a mixture of highly reputable clients. This dynamic company are flexible in their offerings in services as they can act as both Main and Subcontractor to their clients. This has found them great success, so they have a full workbook for the future with plans to further expand this. In this role, you will be taking on full responsibility for overseeing the full start to finish process on a variety of projects, ensuring that all sites are running smoothly by efficiently liaising between site teams, clients, and the commercial team. You will play an integral part in ensuring client satisfaction by making sure every aspect of the project is organised, and all necessary information is up to date and accurate.

Therefore, the ideal candidate for this role will have vast experience in the industry as well as experience as a Project Manager, where you have shown steady success throughout your career. You will also need a full UK driver's licence and be able to regularly commute to the office and sites.

The Role:
Working on a mixture of projects in the Commercial and Residential sectors
Overseeing various projects
Based in their office in Purley and on sites around the area
Great development and clear progression opportunities
Liaise with Clients, Site teams and the commercial team
Overseeing Health and Safety
Manage reports from Site Managers

The Person:
Experienced Project Manager
Vast Construction experience
Experience within organisation
Commutable distance to the office in Purley
Full UK drivers' licence
