We are seeking a confident and experienced Purchase Ledger Assistant, to join our local client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume invoices and manage Sage import/export tasks.
  • Reconcile the purchase ledger for month-end and handle payment runs.
  • Manage overhead invoices, credit card entries, and expense tracking.
  • Assist with monthly accruals, audits, and administrative duties.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in purchase ledger or finance roles.
  • Basic knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping (preferred).
  • Proficiency with Sage or similar software.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
