A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Purley. This full-time position involves supporting pupils in Key Stage 2, ensuring they thrive academically and socially in a nurturing learning environment.

• Provide tailored support to pupils, including those with additional needs, to help them access the curriculum effectively.
• Assist the class teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
• Work one-on-one or with small groups to offer targeted interventions.
• Support pupils' social and emotional development, promoting positive behaviours and attitudes.
• Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.

• Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a UK primary school.
• An understanding of supporting Key Stage 2 pupils, including those with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning and development.
