Join our dedicated team as a SEN Teaching Assistant, where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students with special educational needs (SEN). Day-to-day of the role:- Provide tailored support to SEN students, ensuring they engage effectively in lessons and make progress in line with their educational plans.
- Work closely with teachers and other educational staff to implement strategies that promote student learning and well-being.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Monitor and support the social and emotional development of students.
- Facilitate communication between students, teachers, and parents when necessary.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN support.
- Experience supporting SEN students is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A proactive and compassionate approach to student support.
- Commitment to professional development and learning.
- CPD training will be provided, enhancing your ability to support SEN students effectively.
- Competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, depending on experience.
