We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Assistant Team Manager to join a dynamic Adults Intermediate Care Team. This role is on a full-time interim basis.
Your new role
This role involves assessing individuals who have been discharged from acute hospital settings and require short-term services. The team operates in a fast-paced, responsive environment, demanding a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and frameworks, including the CHC framework.

Collaborate with permanent Assistant Team Managers to support the Team Manager.
Provide day-to-day operational management to the team.
Attend Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) meetings.
Conduct monthly supervisions and offer informal supervision as needed to staff, including locums.
Ensure adherence to legislation and policy, meeting expected time frames.

What you'll need to succeed

In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and frameworks, including the CHC framework.
Strong organisational and management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
SWE Registered.
Social Work Degree or equivalent qualification.
DBS on update service to ensure quick start.
