We're Hiring: Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Are you a dedicated and passionate childcare professional looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a Full-Time Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic team, working across the Baby Room to Pre-School Room to provide outstanding care and learning experiences for children.

Salary: £28,000 - £29,396 per annum

Your Role as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner:

Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years
Work flexibly across the Baby Room to Pre-School Room, supporting children's individual development needs
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and safeguarding at all times
Observe and assess children's progress, ensuring they reach their full potential

What We're Looking For:

A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and best childcare practices
A warm, caring, and patient nature
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A passion for supporting children's learning and development
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to different age groups

Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check, thorough referencing, an induction program, and a three-month probation period.
