Key Responsibilities:

Business Ownership: Operate your own business, focusing on delivering sales consultancy, training, and workshops to businesses within your local area.
Sales Delivery: Facilitate high-quality sales training and workshops, both in-person and online, for businesses looking to improve their sales processes and performance. Also, you will provide sales mentoring to sales leaders in the region on a 1-2-1 basis.
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, establishing long-term relationships while growing your customer base within your designated region.
Business Growth: Drive your own business success through effective marketing strategies, networking, and leveraging proven systems and resources.
Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with local businesses, attend networking events, and identify new opportunities to expand your business reach.

Qualifications & Skills:

A strong background in sales, business development, or leadership.
Entrepreneurial.
Previous experience in managing or owning a business (ideal but not required).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and business growth.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting relationships.
A strong understanding of the UK market and business landscape.
Comfortable with using digital tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms.
