Candidate Requirements

We’re looking for a skilled and ambitious leader with:

ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification
Extensive experience in audit within an accountancy practice, including at a senior management level
Proven expertise in managing large client portfolios and leading audit teams
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a collaborative approach
Strong technical knowledge of audit and compliance standards
A commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
