Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for design, video editing, and storytelling? We're looking for a talented junior creative to join a thriving team in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, where you'll get to work on a variety of exciting projects!

What You'll Do:

Design eye-catching graphics, digital content, and marketing materials
Create and edit dynamic video content to engage and inspire audiences
Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts across different platforms
Assist with brainstorming and ideation sessions for both graphic design and video projects
Ensure all creative work aligns with the brand vision and communication objectives
Stay ahead of trends in design, video editing, and creative content creation

What We're Looking For:

A creative portfolio that showcases graphic design and video editing work
Proficiency in graphic design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
A passion for storytelling through both design and video
Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Previous creative, video editing, or graphic design experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects are welcome)
