Satis Education is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Executive Headteacher to lead and inspire a group of primary schools in Warwickshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious leader who is passionate about driving improvement and ensuring the best outcomes for children.

About the Role:

As the Executive Interim Headteacher, you will:

Provide strong, strategic leadership and management to maintain and enhance the school's performance.
Ensure a high-quality education for all pupils, promoting excellence in teaching and learning.
Support and develop staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Work closely with the governing body, local authority, and other key stakeholders.
Implement and oversee improvement plans, ensuring the school continues to thrive.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated school leader who:

Has proven experience as a Headteacher or Executive Headteacher within the primary sector.
Is confident in managing school improvement and leading change effectively.
Demonstrates excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Has a strong understanding of current educational policies and best practices.
Can engage with staff, pupils, and parents to create a positive and supportive school environment.
