We are looking for a compassionate and skilled SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join the team. This is a full-time, term-time only role where you will support children with additional needs, helping them to thrive both academically and socially.

About you:

Experience working with children with SEND (desirable but not essential)
A patient, nurturing, and positive attitude
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Strong communication skills and a passion for supporting children's development

Salary:

16,575 - 19,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)
