Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalised support to students, both one-on-one and in groups.
Work closely with teachers and other educational professionals to boost student learning.
Help track student progress and share updates.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist in the development and implementation of EHCPs.

Requirements:

Experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role.
Good understanding of different learning disabilities and support strategies.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping students succeed.
Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or special needs support.
