Location: Queenborough (Sheerness Kent)

Salary: £36 000 - £38, 000 - DOE

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00

Full driving licence essential

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced PDI Manager to join our Technical Services division. The position will be required to manage our PDI Workshop, Compound, Parts, and Warranty team and provide high standards of Customer Service located at GBA’s VWG PDI Centre

Experience

Minimum 2 years Operations Management experience, preferably industry related but not essential. Three or more years’ experience in managing staff including performance monitoring. High competency and experience with Microsoft Excel & Word are required · Quality and customer service driven. Key Responsibilities

As the PDI Manager, you will have accountability for the PDI vehicle movements, workshop activity including PDI, rectification, warranty, and parts requirements for our VWG PDI Centre. With support from the Senior Management team, colleagues as well as internal support service functions. You will Lead, manage, and motivate a team of automotive technical staff, ensuring the operation is adequately resourced and skilled to meet Company and Customer objectives. Drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is recognised and underperformance is managed.

Ensure operational performance meets day to day delivery of Company and customer KPI's and SLA’s. Set objectives for each department, and plan accordingly to ensure efficiency and product targets are met. · Accurately produce and finalise reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks. · Development and delivery of Company and business strategies to support objectives and projects. Support the Company and operation to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure all activities are conducted in line with GBA Group, manufacturer, and regulatory requirements.
