Job Vacancy: Temporary Document Controller
Location: Kilsyth
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Until December 2025 (With Potential for Future Opportunities)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Document Controller to work on an exciting offshore energy project within the energy sector. This role is based in Kilsyth, and you will be involved in the early stages of an Offshore Framework, which is designed to support the transportation of offshore energy to multiple substations between Inverness and Aberdeen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and control of project documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supporting the team in the preparation and coordination of documentation related to offshore energy transmission.
  • Maintaining document control systems and ensuring compliance with project procedures.
  • Liaising with teams to ensure smooth flow of information across the project.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in document control, ideally in construction or energy sectors.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Local to Kilsyth (preferred) as the role requires a temporary placement until late 2025.
