We are looking for an experienced sales and office administrator to support our busy firm of Chartered Surveyors.You will join our friendly administration team in Radford Semele working alongside our Commercial Survey Manager, providing clients with guidance and quotations, and taking bookings and phone messages. Typing skills a bonus!

Sales and Office Administrator - Responsibilities

  • Answering a high volume of in-bound calls
  • Taking customer orders by phone and email, processing them on the computer system
  • Create quotations for new enquiries
  • Manage Customer relationships to ensure that we are maintaining business and making the most of the opportunities
  • Logging all enquiries onto company database
  • Up-selling and Cross-selling of products and generating leads
  • Following up on leads gained and quotes
  • Liaison with clients, booking surveys
  • Updating Microsoft office documents

Sales and Office Administrator - Requirements

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Comfortable working with numbers
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Must have own transport due to office location.

You will join our friendly administration team in Radford Semele working alongside our Commercial Survey Manager, providing clients with guidance and quotations, and taking bookings and phone messages.

The successful candidate must have had experience in a former administration role and be proficient in all Microsoft office packages with excellent customer liaison skills. Own transport to office is a must.
