You will be based in the office, supporting with a range of administrative tasks. Duties include:
  • Supporting and updating third parties with queries via email, incoming post and telephone calls
  • Administration to support the team, checking documentation and ensuring all administration is up to date
  • Obtaining additional information to ensure files are complete
  • Electronic filing of documents
  • Producing templated letters to be sent out
  • Reviewing and checking a range of documents, using a variety of computer packages
  • Communication with customers and third parties via email and telephone
  • Updating systems with a variety of information, including setting up new client records
We are looking for candidates who enjoy a combination of administration tasks with excellent customer service skills. You will be proactive, professional and motivated, with first class computer skills, as well as having the drive to succeed.
