Our client is an extremely successful and established organisation, with a family feel about them.
They are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join them on an 8 month maternity cover.
The role
- Administration support to the Contracts Managers
- Assist with various contracts.
- Collect weekly price work sheets and update work completion records
- Process monthly invoicing for contracts.
- Send on completed jobs to finance for invoicing.
- Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries.
- Provide maps to work staff as required.
- Send weekly updates to clients regarding work progress.
- Assist Contract Managers by keeping internal database up to date and following up on emails.
- Create/amend work orders.
- Collect callout paperwork and maintain records in relevant systems.
- Maintain various spreadsheets to monitor work allocation and progress.
- Maintain and update quotation files.
Skills and experience
- 2-3 years’ experience working in an administrative role
- Confident and ability work on their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Extremely organised
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
