Salary: 460 - 500 per week
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

- Collaborating with other professionals, including therapists, mental health specialists, and SEN staff, to deliver a holistic approach to student care.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, specifically supporting children with SEMH.
- A genuine interest and understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health challenges faced by students.
- Experience working with children with a variety of needs, including Autism, SEMH, and behavioural issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
- Ideally, a local candidate based near Radlett for an easy commute.
