About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating leads, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is perfect for someone looking to develop their sales skills and grow within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business leads.
  • Qualify potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers across various industries.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Work towards individual and team targets to contribute to overall company growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Occasionally represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or someone with some sales/customer-facing experience looking to break into SaaS sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed.
  • Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
  • Ability to handle objections and think strategically.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Basic IT proficiency.
  • Willingness to attend company events throughout the year (with time off in lieu for any weekend work).
