Job Opportunity: Media Sales Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast-growing media sales team. In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in driving sales across a wide range of media channels, including journals, websites, awards, and events. This role offers the perfect blend of relationship-building, field sales, and strategic selling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Relationship Building:Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients through face-to-face meetings and telephone contact.
  • Field Sales & Travel:Travel across the UK to secure advertising partnerships and promote a diverse range of media channels.
  • Event Representation:Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and awards ceremonies, showcasing innovative offerings.
  • Strategic Selling:Work closely with the team to tailor media solutions that meet clients' needs and drive business growth.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience:Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect effortlessly with clients.
  • Relationship Builder:Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proactive & Confident:Self-motivated, eager to learn, and confident in every interaction.
  • Tech-Savvy:Computer literate, with experience using CMS systems (a plus).
  • Flexibility:Ability to attend events and awards throughout the year, with time off in lieu for Saturdays worked.
  • Clean Driving Licence:A clean driving licence is required as travel is a key part of this role.
