Duties of a Customer Service Assistant
To provide Account managing/ Customer service skills to our fast paced, rapidly growing business.
- Liaise with clients on all new jobs and any current issues that may arise.
- Liaising with fitters to arrange reactive call outs within the allocated time frames.
- To liaise directly with suppliers and fitters to organise flooring projects.
- Liaising with suppliers and placing orders for flooring materials and ensuring correct pricing is used and applied.
- Coordinating deliveries from manufacturers to site, liaising with manufacturers and site managers
- Organising and sorting paperwork and filing systems.
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Telephone skills
