PA to Owner and Office Co ordinator

Radlett & Potters Bar

A new role supporting the Company Director / Business Owner and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Working between the Company office in Radlett and Home office in Radlett, this is a busy and varied role working with a successful installations specialist providing permanent stage lighting and sound systems, mostly within Schools, and testing and servicing of theatrical systems.

A high level of PC, organisational skills, and flexibility are essential, as is ability to work in a pro active manner and implement systems and procedures.

Hours will typically be onday to Friday 9am - 5pm, but flexibility required to be point of contact for installations at schools from 8am.

Please note the office is dog friendly, the successful candidate must be comfortable with dogs in the office.

Specific responsibilities include :

*Assisting with arranging visits for the Company Director to schools and other potential clients

*Supporting the Business owner and Business partner in all aspects of running the Business, including working across the lifecycle of each project, liaising with and building relations with clients and potential clients, submitting quotations, follow up and securing of the bookings, chasing schools for payments.

*Assisting the Business owner with some personal duties including arranging holidays and purchasing items

*Proofreading quotes, letters, social posts and email responses for grammar and spelling errors

*Create Operations manuals which are easy to read for large install projects featuring equipment items installed, how to maintain and operate

*Create school client folders with their site photos, quotes, and contact details
