Platinum Recruitment is working with an award winning Plant Hire company. This is an opportunity for a experienced Parts Advisor to join their team based in Radlett. This role will consider candidates from other industries as long as they you have proven experience as a Parts Advisor.

Your responsibilities as a Parts Advisor will include-
In the role of a Parts Advisor, you will serve as a Parts Advisor, supporting engineers with part requests. You will be part of an exceptional team of Part Advisors dedicated to delivering a fantastic service to customers and supporting engineers.
- Monitor Stock levels - ensuring that key parts are available for engineers
- Returning parts to suppliers
- Support the department in upselling parts to create revenue for the business
- Raise and Escalating part shortages
- Ability to find parts through a system
Experience essential for this role as a Parts Advisor -
- Experience working as a Parts Advisor
- Budget experience preferable but not required
- Experience searching parts on database
- Stock control
- Friendly manner on phone
- Great communication skills and problem solving skills
