The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support to teachers, assisting with lesson delivery and classroom management.
- Work with individual students or small groups, ensuring they receive tailored guidance and support.
- Help prepare teaching materials and maintain an engaging learning environment.
- Play a key role in fostering students' confidence and independence.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking individuals who are:

- Able to commute to Radlett.
Previous experience in education is a bonus, but not essential. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in supporting students are the most important qualities.
This role is provisionally from Janudary 2025 - April 2025 with the opportunity to stay on permanent for the right candidate!
