Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator, to join their growing Sales team. The role is ideal for someone with a minimum of 6 months mortgage or bridging experience, with a keen interest in property.

Their bespoke platform offers a range of investment products to property investors, providing an opportunity to invest in UK real estate, regardless of their prior experience and at much lower financial entry points
The role of Mortgage Administrator
? Broker appointment booking for BDM’s
? Creation of terms
? Creating and organising files for each case
? Chasing terms that have been sent within specific timescales
? Internal CRM management
? Obtaining professional quotes
? Instructing professionals (surveyors, lawyers, QSetc)
? Liaising with the underwriting team
? Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews weekly
