Property Manager Herts (Hybrid) c£40k - £42k

Were working with an award winning, long established, reputable independent Managing Agent in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an additional Property Manager as follows:

Working part home, part office based in either Watford or Borehamwood.
Vibrant, friendly team with excellent atmosphere and support
Overseeing a well-run, compact portfolio of blocks situated across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and North London
Undertaking the full range of property management duties with excellent in-house support (admin, accounts etc.)
Providing a Resident led, high quality customer focused service to long held estates/clients, ensuring developments are visited regularly and queries dealt with promptly.
Excellent communication skills a must, as is accountability and the ability to multi-task under pressure
Stable career history preferred, professional qualifications beneficial but not essential (can be supported in post as part of your career development once settled)
Genuine career path and progression

The successful Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £42k alongside 24 days holiday (plus public), time off in lieu (for any work outside core hours), wellbeing allowance and pension.
