  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and networking to identify candidates
  • Database Management: Maintain and update a robust database of qualified candidates for future opportunities
  • Job Posting Creation: Write job descriptions that attract the best talent
  • Initial Screening: Review CVs and applications to identify candidates who meet the requirements
  • Phone Screening: Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates, build relationships, and get them excited about the opportunities
  • Headhunting: Approach passive candidates who may be suitable, even if they’re not actively looking for a job
  • Networking: Build and nurture relationships with professionals in the property industry
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
