Service Manager / Supported Living

Daytime Healthcare are working with a national supported living provider, who are seeking a Service Manager to lead the supported living site.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading and managing change and improving the quality of life for individuals with a learning disability. They will also demonstrate exceptional leadership to our recently established support team, including practice leadership skills, whilst ensuring the continued smooth transition for the people we support while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.

This role is essential in ensuring that individuals receive the support they need to live independently while promoting their dignity and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in care settings such as care homes, nursing homes, or home care, and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
