We're recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for a supported living service in Radlett, Hertfordshire. This pivotal role involves leading a team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs, ensuring high standards of care, and managing the transition from inpatient care to a supported living model.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team in a medium to large supported living setting.
  • Oversee the transition process for individuals with complex needs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal frameworks (e.g., DoLS).
  • Manage budgets and maintain financial viability.
  • Provide practice leadership to develop and align best practices within the team.
  • Be part of an on-call rota.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience managing supported living or residential services.
  • A background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal frameworks (e.g., DoLS, best interest requirements).
  • NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 5 (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full UK driving licence.
