Location: Forest Lane - RadlettSalary: £37,080 per annum

Having transitioned successfully from an NHS inpatient model to supported living, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact in a service operating across three well-established bungalows.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager to lead and inspire a newly established team. Your leadership will uphold high standards of care, foster professional growth, and drive positive outcomes for those we support.

You will play a pivotal role in:

  • Managing the continued transition to supported living.
  • Enhancing service quality for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Coaching and developing a new team, emphasising best practices and practice leadership.
  • Ensuring the service remains compliant and financially viable.

What We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience managing medium to large supported living or residential services.
  • A background in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.
  • Proven skills in team development and driving quality care.
  • Knowledge of legal frameworks, such as DoLS and capacity/best interest requirements.
  • NVQ Level 3 or QCE Level 5 qualifications (or a willingness to achieve this).
  • A full UK driving licence and the ability to participate in an on-call rota.
