Job Description:
As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and support staff in delivering high-quality education and care to the students. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing one-on-one or group support to students with diverse needs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.
About you
- Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
