Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial role in assisting teachers and support staff in delivering high-quality education and care to the students. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one or group support to students with diverse needs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Supporting students in their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Maintaining a safe and orderly learning environment.

About you

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children with special needs.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
