About the Role:

Deliver engaging, creative, and structured lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with Autism.
Foster a positive and respectful environment where every pupil feels valued and empowered.
Plan and implement individualised learning programmes to support students' academic and personal development.
Work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and a highly supportive Senior Leadership Team.
Utilise excellent school facilities and resources designed to enhance the learning experience.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN, specifically Autism (ASD).
A creative, adaptable, and passionate approach to teaching.
Strong knowledge of ASD strategies and a commitment to continuous professional development.
The ability to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
