About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging, creative, and structured lessons tailored to the needs of pupils with Autism.

  • Foster a positive and respectful environment where every pupil feels valued and empowered.

  • Plan and implement individualised learning programmes to support students' academic and personal development.

  • Work closely with experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, and a highly supportive Senior Leadership Team.

  • Utilise excellent school facilities and resources designed to enhance the learning experience.

What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEN, specifically Autism (ASD).

  • A creative, adaptable, and passionate approach to teaching.

  • Strong knowledge of ASD strategies and a commitment to continuous professional development.

  • The ability to foster a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
