Role Overview:

  • Quality Champion: Set clear quality standards and expected outcomes for our care services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive quality improvement initiatives that translate into improved health outcomes and reduced health inequalities.
  • Accountability: Ensure the quality of care provided by our care homes meets the highest standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with care home teams, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders to maintain quality assurance.
  • This role will require being an NI for current and future AgeCare homes.
  • This is roles is full time visiting the current and future AgeCare homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and support to care home staff.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Essential Requirements:

Proficiency in care-related software applications, for example: PCS, Nourish and RADAR.

Relevant experience in quality assurance or similar role.

Strong knowledge of care home regulations and best practices.

Excellent communication skills.

Passion for enhancing the lives of elderly residents.
