Rapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Abingdon. This role is temporary to permanent for the right candidates.

** You must have 12 months Class 1 experience for this position **

Position:Class 1 Driver
Salary: Circa800-900 per week
Work:Monday-Friday with nights out when required. There is a night out allowance
Time:Typical 06:00 start, but some flexibility needed
Overtime:After 45 hours worked

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

Trunking delivering products to sites and collecting products ensuring they get loaded with no issues
Completepre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
Maintain accurate paperwork
Ability to work with some flexibility for the start times
Be able to do nights out when required
FullPPE & training/development supplied
Will be expected to cover sickness/holiday on Wagon & Drag (training will be provided for this)

Requirements:

Full UK licence (Cat C+E)
CPCCard
DigiCard
12 months Class 1 experience

Beneficial but not essential:

Experience doing load restrain inspections
Plant mover & loader securer
