Contracts Manager - Radstock

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager looking for a new opportunity within the building services manufacturing industry. This is a great opportunity to get into the company with some fantastic projects coming up and lots of progression.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site visits are regular and rotational
  • Communication of site updates to Contracts department internally and external Site Manager when necessary
  • To orchestrate all pre start meetings with Customer/site Manager
  • Working alongside sales, manufacturing - dealing with contract from start to finish
  • Working on new large scale projects - project planning involved as working alongside project manager
  • To ensure all installers, service personnel and subcontractors adhere to the Company and Site Health & Safety requirements - e.g. SSOW, Method Statements, PPE and Toolbox Talks among others
  • Resolve all on-site issues in a calm, timely and effective manner
  • To provide reports when required on specific installations and provide detailed updates on any product defects
  • To liaise with the Contracts department to identify training and development requirements for installation/service personnel
  • To ensure all relevant information is communicated to the Contracts department and customers where appropriate

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with large projects
  • Managing contracts within relevant industry
  • Background in ideally architectural, construction / windows, doors, PVC, aluminum manufacturing/installation
