JGA are working with a leading institute that are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to head up their busy payroll function.

This role is based in the heart of Somerset and is fully office based. 
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process to outsourced payroll vendor.
  • Lead the payroll team of 5. 
  • Main contact for all payroll enquiries. 
  • Prepare and manage payroll reports.
  • Process statutory payments and pensions. 
Skills Required:
  • 3 years+ of UK Payroll Processing.
  • Multiple payroll processing experience.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
