Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Deputy Manager to join our team in Somerset. The successful candidate will oversee night operations, ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents and staff. Key responsibilities include managing night staff, handling emergencies, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Managed and develop high quality services for all our residents, alongside developing and guiding the staff team
  • Instil a culture of care and continuous improvement across the service
  • Working with staff, residents and their families, to help shape and develop a centre of excellence for person-centred care
  • Ensure the promotion of high standards of care and follow diligently CQC guidelines
  • Ensure staff are managed appropriately and the Home runs in a smooth and efficient manner

-Problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Strong organizational skills
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations
-Ability to remain calm under pressure
