Role Summary

As theBusiness Development Manager, youll spearhead the efforts to expand their client base and increase revenue. From identifying opportunities to building long-lasting relationships, youll help the business reach new heights in the property maintenance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth:

  • Research and identify new markets, client segments, and partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies tailored to landlords, letting agents, and property managers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong connections with new and existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and secure long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that attract new clients.

Representation and Networking:

  • Represent the business at industry events and conferences.
  • Build a network of valuable connections within the property maintenance and management industry.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyse business development activities to ensure objectives are met.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and opportunities for improvement.

What Were Looking For

Were seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional with:

  • 3-4 years of proven experiencein business development or sales, ideally within the property or maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • A talent for building and nurturing strong relationships.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and deliver solutions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A full UK driving license.
