Here at Zen Educate We are seeking a dedicated Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to support children and young people in Key Stage 1to 4 who have autism and related social, emotional, and mental health challenges. These needs can significantly impact their emotional well-being and create barriers to learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the educational and emotional needs of students with autism and associated challenges.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs).

  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create tailored strategies for student success.
  • Engage with families to support student development and encourage their involvement in the school community.
  • Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to support their ongoing development.
