Your New Company

Our client is a leading social housing provider based in Liverpool, dedicated to delivering high-quality maintenance and refurbishment services. They are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role includes a company van and fuel card.

Your New Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to work on a planned maintenance project within social housing properties in St Helens and surrounding areas. This is a full-time temporary position for three months, with the potential to become permanent thereafter.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carry out planned maintenance work in social housing
  • Carry out electrical installations and repairs in social housing.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with the responsive repairs team to complete projects on time.
  • Use a PDA to maintain accurate job records.
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and new technologies.
  • Utilise IT and communication tools for reporting and coordination.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with residents.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • 18th Edition qualification.
  • 2391 testing and inspection certification
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • AM2 qualification.
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Clean shaven for face fit requirements.
