Beyond their core product offerings, the business also manages a portfolio of properties and diversified investments.
The Role
As Management Accountant, you will be central to the company’s financial operations, bringing your management accounting expertise to drive insight, strengthen controls, and influence commercial decisions. Reporting directly into the business owners, you’ll bring fresh ideas and a strategic approach to a growing, multifaceted organisation.
You’ll also oversee international trade operations, working across currencies and jurisdictions to optimise profitability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Produce accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports.

Implement and maintain strong financial controls and operational processes.

Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.

Support international trade functions, including currency risk management and global cash flow.

Collaborate with commercial teams to shape pricing strategies and evaluate new market opportunities.

Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

Contribute to the growth and diversification of the broader business portfolio.
What We’re Looking For

A qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent).

Strong experience in management accounting with a commercial outlook.

Solid understanding of international trade, logistics, customs, and multi-currency operations.

A strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

Tech-savvy with strong Excel skills and experience using financial systems.
-
French language skills would be a considerable advantage.
