Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Growth: You’ll identify and secure new business opportunities across the Essex region, promoting the company's waste management services.
  • Lead Generation: Drive sales through cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • 360 Sales Cycle: Manage every step from identifying potential clients to closing deals.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company’s growth.
About You:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, ideally within the service industry.
  • Confident in cold calling and client meetings, with strong negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and capable of managing a full sales pipeline.
  • Self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable with field-based travel.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
