A luxury brand manufacturer is seeking a polished Customer Service Support Agent to enhance customer experience for business clients.
The role involves providing high-quality support, managing customer queries on orders, stock, pricing, and technical issues.
Candidates should have strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and ideally 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of ERP and CRM systems is desirable, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We have a fantastic opening with a high end, luxury brand manufacturer for an exceptional and polished Customer Service Support Agent to provide an outstanding customer experience for their business customers.What You’ll Do:

Provide high-quality support and exceptional service.
Handle queries on orders, stock availability, pricing & technical support
Manage customer records & emails proactively
Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure smooth order processing & returns handling

What We’re Looking For:

Strong customer service & communication skills
Ability to problem-solve, prioritise & multitask
Attention to detail & strong organisational skills
Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (EFACS, Sage, HubSpot – desirable)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
Experience with export & commercial invoicing (a plus!)
