A scaling Commercial Finance Brokerage in the South are looking for a talented financial services salesperson to join them as they look to accelerate their offering in 2025. Based in Essex, they're looking for you to have a regional presence in the South East. The role as a Commercial Finance Broker: 
  • Originating and developing profitable business relationships with businesses and funders across your specialist finance area.
  • Prospecting new business and identifying areas for business with new clients, funders and introducers.
  • Becoming the single point of contact for your clients, attending and servicing their needs within agreed timeframes. 
  • Preparing and proposing lending solutions tailored to the needs of your clients, working in conjunction with the internal admin team to streamline the process. 
  • Arrange to be visible to clients both new and existing through face to face meetings, networking events and corporate hospitality. 
  • Develop your own personal brand and reputation in the market through the likes of excellent service, referrals, effective use of LinkedIn.  
  • Strive to meet and exceed targets on a consistent basis. 
What we're looking for in you: 
  • Financial sales experience essential. 
  • Experience within Commercial Finance sectors with a brokerage such as Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Vehicle Finance would be beneficial but not essential. 
  • Target driven and used to working to a fast pace is key. 
  • Financially driven and motivated to maximise earnings. 
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in current role. 
  • Must have a full UK driving license.
