Key Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to join our high performing sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by developing new client relationships and converting sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in pharmaceutical sales and thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at building relationships, and have a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical wholesale landscape.

You will be the driving force behind new business growth, identifying and targeting prospective clients across the nation. Your focus will be on nurturing relationships, understanding client needs, and effectively communicating how the company's products can meet those needs. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by identifying and securing new business opportunities on a international scale..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound telephone sales.
  • Converting warm sales leads into sales.
  • Managing the sales pipeline.
  • Managing sales tasks and updating the internal database

Personal Specification

The successful candidate for the position, will have the following competences:

  • Previous pharmaceutical sales experience preferably in the wholesale industry
  • A competitive spirit and a passion for selling.
  • Initiative, enthusiasm and self-motivation.
  • Resilient character, even in extreme situations.
  • Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to speak one of the following languages is a benefit but not essential, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Flemish, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, Bulgarian and Mandarin
