Role Responsibilities:?? As the Head of English you will provide professional leadership for the English faculty, ensuring alignment with the academy's improvement plans.?? Lead the strategic development of the faculty, fostering a high-achieving and engaging learning environment.?? Take direct leadership and accountability for at least one curriculum area within the faculty based on expertise and need.?? The Head of English will ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and student progress across all key stages.?? Collaborate with staff and senior leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
