- A manufacturing background with proven HSE experience in a similar setting.
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement).
- At least 2 years of experience in HSE management.
- Strong technical competency and the ability to lead and influence safety practices.
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills to drive engagement and collaboration.
- Lead EHSS initiatives and champion best practices across the site.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
- Develop and deliver impactful training to elevate safety standards.
